Sizing & Care

Sizing

STEPS TO A HAPPY SIZE

1. Grab your favourite tee / hoodie / longsleeve (depending on what you want to buy obviously).

2. Get a ruler and measure the width and length in inches or centimeters.

3. Compare your measurements with the measurements you see in this guide to find your ideal size!

Pro tip: It's best to lay it flat on a desk while measuring the product. If you’re between sizes, we recommend ordering up. Order a smaller size for a stylish fitted look or a larger size for a looser, more casual fit. If you prefer to measure the chest instead of the width click here.

PREMIUM T-SHIRT

Our premium Bella+Canvas t-shirt has a retail fit shirt style and is designed to fit the human body in the most flattering way. "Retail fit" means our tees don’t fit like the standard boxy/tubular promo tees. The shirts we craft are side-seamed & contoured with the right amount of stretch to create the tailored structure a tee needs to fit correctly. The technical fitting results in t-shirts that are stylish, comfortable, and in line with what you’ll find in retail stores.

HOW WE MEASURE

A Length
Place the end of a measuring ruler beside the collar at the top of the tee (high point shoulder) and measure the length by going straight down to the bottom of the shirt.

B Width
Place the end of the ruler at the seam under the sleeve and measure the garment across the shirt to the seam under the opposite sleeve.

Care Instructions

HOW SHOULD I WASH MY PRINTED GARMENTS?

In order for you to prolong the life of your custom print, we suggest following the care instructions below:

  • Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
  • Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.
  • Keep in mind that the original manufacturer's care instructions don't take into consideration the DTG printing process.

Pro tip: Give it to Mom if you are not sure how to wash your garments.

WHY DOES MY SHIRT HAVE A VINEGAR SMELL?

Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odor you smell is just a temporary addition. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.

You may notice some discoloration or off-white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly.

If you receive a product with a stain - please wash it before reporting a problem.
