Silicon Craftees is dedicated to protecting intellectual property rights, copyrights and trademarks. We would like you all to be aware of our policies in this area.

Creative works, such as a the designs we print on fabric, are protected by copyright. Protection arises automatically the moment the original work is fixed in a tangible medium of expression. Creators do not need to register the work, apply a copyright notice or take any other steps to receive copyright protection. By law, and as stated in our legal notice under section Intellectual Property, you may not use our materials without the copyright-owners permission.

We partner up with artists and own the exclusive or licensed Commercial Use Rights of all artwork that is available on this Site. In case an artwork is licensed, the creator of the work has given us permission to resell or use the artwork for our products and for promotional purposes. This includes but is not limited to t-shirts, posters, mugs, pillows, stickers, caps, etc. We use both exclusive and licensed artwork during the creation process and might add changes to the final artwork or include it as part of our own designs.

Although artwork verification on the world wide web is difficult, we do our best to ensure that listed items are original and do not infringe upon the copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights of third parties.

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed with an artwork displayed on this Site, please notify our support team with proof of owning the Intellectual Property. We will then check your claim and contact the creator / license-provider to resolve the issue at hand.
